The Scentdesigns are delivered at the costs indicated in the products on offer. Any import sales tax, customs, processing, and handling charges for goods being dispatched to non-EU countries are not included in the delivery and dispatch costs. They will have to be paid before the delivery takes place.

All special scent-design orders are non-refundable. Special orders may be canceled within 24 hours of receipt of payment - a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 24 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt, as no claims can be made after this time.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect purchase(s) for damages within 24 hours. I will allow store credit and exchanges for items with receipts and, if applicable, in the original, intact packaging. Â All credited returns and exchanges must be in original, unused condition. Â Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Â
